1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LoveTwee (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Age Requirement

This Platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and restricting their children's access to the internet and this Platform.

3. AI and Real Users

The Platform allows interaction between real human users and artificial intelligence (AI) characters. All AI-controlled accounts are clearly labeled as "AI" or "Bot" so users can easily distinguish them from real human users.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any user
• Posting or transmitting hate speech, discriminatory content, or illegal material
• Impersonating any person or entity, including Platform staff
• Attempting to deceive users about the identity of AI or real users
• Sharing explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content involving minors
• Engaging in commercial solicitation or spamming
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Using any content, materials, or assets from the Platform (including but not limited to images, video, text, AI-generated content, or character designs) for commercial purposes without prior written permission from LoveTwee. Violators will be pursued for legal liability.

5. Paid Services and Payments

Certain features require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree:

• All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• To Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• To provide accurate billing information
• That we may suspend or terminate access if payment fails

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or if we believe your use harms the Platform or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that interactions with AI characters will be accurate, safe, or appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveTwee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Final Interpretation

LoveTwee reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms of Use. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
